JB Pritzker (D)
President
The President represents the biased Electoral College votes of the US states and governs the US.
The votes are disproportionate to state population, and several regions including Washington D.C., Guam, and Puerto Rico, do not get any votes.
The next election for President may be in November 2028.
The current President is Republican. There is circumstantial evidence that the 2024 election was rigged in his favor.

-
Gavin Newsom
- Governor of California since 2019
- Newsom opposes trans girls competing in girls' sports. (Shawn Ryan podcast) (There is no good soundbite, it goes on for several minutes)
- On the Shawn Ryan podcast, Newsom does not appear to take any position for or against gender-affirming care for children. (10 minutes)
- In 2023, Newsom vetoed Assembly Bill 1432, which would require out-of-state health insurance to cover abortion, abortion-related services, and gender-affirming care. He said "... it is not evident that out-of-state
health insurance plans serving Californians do not already cover this care. ... though well intentioned, this bill could invite litigation where an adverse
ruling would outweigh a potential benefit."
- "In September 2020, Newsom signed into law a bill allowing California transgender inmates to be placed in prisons that correspond with their gender identity."
- In September 2022, Newsom signed Senate Bill 107 into law, making California the first sanctuary state for transgender youth.
- In July 2024, (Newsom) signed the "SAFETY Act", which prohibits schools from outing students' gender identity to their parents without the students' consent.
